Bullying is not a "game." If you feel attacked, humiliated, or threatened, it's important to take action . You're not alone. 🧠💪
🚨 What should you do?
1️⃣ Talk to a trusted adult – This could be a teacher, class director, school psychologist, or someone in your family.
2️⃣ Tell exactly what is happening – Tell who is involved, what they do, where and when it happens.
3️⃣ Keep evidence if possible – Messages, screenshots, videos... They can help you understand the severity of the situation.
4️⃣ Avoid being alone – Hang out with friends and protect yourself emotionally.
5️⃣ Don't blame yourself! – The problem isn't you. The one who bullies is the one who's in the wrong.
📞 Do you need to talk to someone outside of school?
