A safe space to arrive exactly as you are.

The Circle of Kindness is an egalitarian and confidential gathering where each person is invited to share, listen, and connect authentically. A moment to strengthen emotional well-being, cultivate self-awareness, and build a support network based on empathy, respect, and community.

🗣️ You can speak or simply listen.

🤝 No judgment.

🌱 No prior experience necessary.

The only requirement is to be available to listen and/or share respectfully.

The goal is to create a safe space where all people can express themselves freely, connect with others, and strengthen their community through a group sharing experience.

⚠️ It's important to arrive on time.

If you need a chair, cushion, or other comfort solution, please let us know in advance so we can welcome everyone in the best way possible.

✨ Open Ashtanga Yoga Class ✨

🗓 July 2nd

⏰ 7 PM

📍 Werk Room

🧘‍♀️ Class taught by @ashtangahousefaro

We invite you to participate in an open introductory class to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, a moment to experience, feel, and explore, without haste or pressure.

In this class, you will experience a dynamic practice that coordinates breath and movement, using the body as a tool for physical and mental strengthening. Ashtanga is a challenging and fluid style of yoga, with a continuous cadence between postures, inviting us to anchor our attention in the present and gradually train our ability to concentrate.

We will explore some postures from the original sequence in a light and relaxed way, always respecting the limits and abilities of each practitioner. Here, the goal is not perfection—it's presence.

More than just "doing it well," the goal is to lay out the mat to learn to observe myself, to be in my own company, and from there, to build a healthier relationship with myself.
